Our Mission in Action

 Black Girls of RVA: Building Community, Creating Impact.


Black Girls of RVA is more than a group—it’s a movement and a safe haven for women across the Richmond-Metro area. We create spaces where Black women feel seen, heard, and celebrated—showing up authentically and unapologetically.


Our impact continues to grow through collaborations, partnerships, and private sponsorships with individuals and organizations who align with our mission of empowerment and community connection.

We’re proud to work alongside partners who help us expand programs, host transformative events, and amplify the voices of Black women in RVA.

Community Sponsor

Purpose:  Collaborate with Black Girls of RVA to expand community engagement and connect your brand with a dynamic network of women across the Richmond-Metro area. Our sponsorships are designed to provide authentic visibility for businesses and organizations that champion empowerment, connection, and representation. 


Includes:

  • Name or business acknowledgment on select event materials
  • Recognition in one BGRVA social media post
  • Option to include business cards or small items in event gift bags (where applicable)

Black Girls of RVA does not solicit or accept public contributions. All funding is secured through private partnerships and donor relationships. Community Sponsor level serves as our general public offering for local supporters and small businesses. Tiers above Community Sponsor — including River City and Commonwealth sponsorships — are available by request only. To inquire about private sponsorship opportunities, please complete our Private Sponsorship Form.
